OzzyMat® Multi-Layer Fluid Activation Mat

Product Description

The OzzyMat – The Key to the SmartWasher System.
Designed to introduce microbes called Ozzy’s into the SmartWasher System, the OzzyMat helps reduce excess clogging during its 1 month use. It must be changed monthly to help keep the microbe colony healthy and keep your SmartWasher working at peak performance. The Multi-Layer OzzyMat has 4 white layers and 1 blue layer. The white layers on the mat trap any particulate larger than 50 microns and should be peeled at least once a week for optimum performance. The blue layer is the support structure that contains the microbes and delivers them into the system. These microbes migrate from the OzzyMat into the OzzyJuice located in your SmartWasher tank and break down organic waste.
APPLICATIONS For use with SmartWasher Parts Cleaning System. Recommended for normal to heavy parts cleaning applications

Label directionsINSTALLATION of the Multi-Layer FL-4 OzzyMat (32950) : 1. Remove the new OZZYMAT from the package and set aside. 2. Turn off the SMARTWASHER and remove the false bottom located in the sink. 3. Remove the used OZZYMAT from the SMARTWASHER, wring out excess fluid and insert into the empty poly bag for disposal. 4. Install the new OZZYMAT with the WHITE SIDE UP and place on top of the mat support grid. Replace the false bottom. (DISPOSE OF THE USED OZZYMAT IN ACCORDANCE WITH LOCAL, STATE AND COUNTRY REGULATIONS) USING the OZZYMAT: ONCE A WEEK: Peel a white layer off the top of the OZZYMAT to reduce the accumulation of debris and build-up. ONCE A MONTH: Discard remaining OZZYMAT and replace it with a new FL-4 Multi-Layer OZZYMAT. DO NOT WET UNTIL READY TO USE. Store in a cool, dry place. It is recommended that safety glasses and rubber gloves be worn when handling industrial-use products.
